Refund policy
All claims for items must be made within one week of receiving your package. All returns need to be received back to Wags & Wellness within 30 days of package's arrival to you. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival, and test treats sooner rather than later, to avoid any return time frame issues.
Additional refund qualifications:
-All original tags must be attached, if applicable
-All perishable items must be in it's original packaging, over half full, and properly sealed.
-Chew Bar treats are non refundable
-All toys are final sale
-Wags & Wellness is not responsible for shipping return costs
